RSA: Getting on board with new technology

How do we get people to embrace a global technology upgrade?

At global insurance firm RSA a digital transformation is underway. The Big Upgrade will offer 19,000 RSA people across the world the tools they need to communicate and collaborate under one virtual roof.

Of course, while some may take to this new technological enablement like proverbial ducks to water, for others it’s a shift in working methods that needs a little nudge. Belong was brought in to be part of the team helping to paint an exciting picture of what the future holds.

Our first step was to create a visual identity for the project, using the name The Big Upgrade – for use across all of the project communications. We then created an animated film to introduce people to the scope of the change and provide practical advice about getting on board with the new tools.

The characters and design were then also used across an e-learning channel aimed at helping project champions get up to speed.
